Please read these terms and conditions along with our privacy policy before ordering through our website or apps.
1. THE BUSINESS

Where we use ‘Clickadrink’ in these Terms & Conditions we mean the online ordering system for M Lewis T/A Bargain Booze, 9 Mary Street, Porthcawl, CF36 3YL.

2. ORDERS
YOUR ORDER
Your agreement is with Clickadrink.
By ordering via Clickadrink, you are indicating that you understand and agree to these terms.
YOUR STATUS
By placing an order through our website or app you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract with us and that you are at least 18 years old.
ALLERGY INFORMATION
If you suffer allergies you agree to always check the label of purchased items.
ORDERS CONTAINING ALCOHOL, TOBACCO OR OTHER AGE RESTRICTED ITEMS
It is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol, or for any person to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol, tobacco or other smoking products on behalf of any person who is under the age of 18.
When ordering alcohol, tobacco or other age restricted products you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
When age restricted products are delivered / collected you may be asked to provide proof of id.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery/collection in accordance with our regulatory requirements and store policy in particular:
We will not provide delivery or allow collection if you are unable to provide ID and you look under 25
We will not provide delivery or allow collection to any person who is, or appears to be, under the influence of either alcohol or drugs
We will not provide delivery or allow collection to any person if that person is, or appears to be, purchasing on behalf of someone who is under the age of 18
DELIVERY AREA
At present deliveries are only made to addresses within the CF36 & CF33 postcode areas. If you place an order that does not fall within this area, your order will be rejected and a refund processed.
DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day). All delivery or collection times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee a delivery time other than you will receive your order the same day if orders are received and completed by 8.30pm. Any orders received after 8.30pm will be delivered on the next delivery day.
We will try to accommodate any special delivery time requests, but we cannot guarantee this. No deliveries will be made after 9pm.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
Orders must be for a minimum total order value of £20 to qualify for free delivery. There is no minimum order value for collection orders or orders that incur a delivery charge.
REJECTED/ACCEPTED ORDERS
When you place an order through Clickadrink, we will send your order to the store. On receipt of your order the store will put your order together. If we are unable to fulfil any part of your order, for example if items are out of stock, then we will contact you to offer alternatives or make a refund.
If we believe the order has been placed by someone who does not have the authority to order, or who we believe may be under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to reject your order.
When an order is rejected you will receive a notification by email. Any payment made will be voided. For most banks this will show on your statement within 24 hours, however some banks will take up to 10 days to refund the transaction.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
After an order is placed with Clickadrink, we are not obligated to accept amendments or cancel the order. However, we may willing to do so as long as the order has not already left our premises. If you need to amend your order please call us on 01656 785550.
COMPLAINTS & SUPPORT
If your order has not been to your satisfaction or you have any other queries regarding your order please contact us here
PRICE MARKED PRODUCTS/PRICING
The price of the item(s) you order will be the price on the Clickadrink site/app at the time you place your order or amend your order, and the price(s) will be identical to those in store. If a new price or promotion is in place after you have placed your order for example, a multi-buy offer or price reduction which may be advertised on the packaging of goods you have ordered, these prices and promotions will not be applied to your order.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Mobile top-up vouchers and Gift Cards are non-refundable. Please ensure that you select the correct network provider, Gift Card category and value. No returns will be accepted on these items.
3. LIABILITY
Our terms and conditions do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We will under no circumstances be liable to you for any loss of profit, sales or other business revenue, loss of goodwill, anticipated saving, or any other consequential loss.
Our maximum liability is the value of your order.
